Where will my personal message go?

We print your message on a gift card which will be placed in the box with your order.

What is a personalised product?

This is when we hand-ice your special message straight onto your biscuits in our very best writing.

How long do your products keep for?

All of our products have a guaranteed shelf life of six months from delivery and will keep at their best if stored in a cool dry condition stored out of direct sunlight. If you are unsure please check the ingredient label which clearly states the best before. Once opened we recommend these are enjoyed within three days of opening and stored in an airtight container.

How soon can I can I have my order delivered?

On each product delivery options are explained and the product is marked if it is available for same day despatch or if it is made to order. On products available for same day despatch please place your orders by 12:30pm to ensure same day posting. For products made to order, these are normally dispatched within 2-5 days from receiving your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is £3.00. Express Next day delivery is £6.00. International delivery (Europe Only) £12.50. Collection from Image on Food is free of charge, please wait for us to contact you to confirm it is ready to collect.

I would like to order personalised products for my wedding, when is it best to place an order?

With any wedding orders we like to deliver at a minimum 10 days before your wedding and orders should be received at least 14 days before this (so approximately about 3-4 weeks before your wedding) although we are happy to take and send orders earlier than this if you wish.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

As we work on a same day dispatch service with the majority of our products any cancellations must be phoned through within 30 minutes of the order being placed. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees if a cancellation is received after this time.

Do you use natural food colourings in products?

We use natural and naturally derived colours whenever we can (radish, beetroot, red cabbage, carrot, tomato, safflower, lemon, spirulina, carbon and caramelised sugar) but your biscuit may contain the following: E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129, E133, E153 and E155.

Do your products contain nuts?

None of our products contain nuts nor do we allow nuts on our premises. However, we cannot guarantee that our suppliers do not have nuts on their premises so for that reason we do state that our products may contain traces of nuts.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians’?

Yes

Are your products suitable for vegans?

No, we do use dried egg whites in our icings and whole egg in our vanilla base products so our products are unfortunately not suitable for vegans.

Are you able to provide gluten free biscuits?

Unfortunately, we are not able to produce gluten free biscuits at this time.

How will my order be packaged?

Unless otherwise stated, all our products are packed and sealed into a crystal clear cellophane bag and hand finished with a decorative ribbon. Individual lines are packed into an attractive presentation box and our gift tins range is presented with a beautiful silver tin. All products are then packed into a protective corrugated cardboard outer which helps protect them during their journey.

How can I pay for my order?

We require full payment with receipt of your order. Orders will not be dispatched until the balance is received. We accept payment by credit/debit card and payment can be made online or by telephone, to discuss please call us on 01630 650780.

Do you offer returns and refunds ?

As many of our products are created to order and are all of very high quality, we only offer a return or refund in exceptional circumstances. Please make sure you check orders carefully and print details clearly.
