What's in our products?

All our designs are made with loving care and we thought you would like to know what goes in them!

Gingerbread Biscuit: Gingerbread Ingredients: WHEAT flour (Gluten), demerara sugar, partially inverted refiners syrup, vegetable oils, mixed spices (ginger 1%), SOYA flour, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.

Vanilla Biscuit: Biscuit Ingredients: WHEAT flour, icing sugar, margarine: (vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifier (E475), flavouring, colours (E160b; E100)), whole EGG, vanilla flavour, SOYA.

Decoration with icing: Decoration Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, dried EGG whites (dried EGG whites, acidity regulator: citric acid), cornflour, xantham gum, colours*

Decoration with sugarpaste and icing: Decoration Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, humectant: vegetable glycerine, dried EGG whites (dried EGG whites, acidity regulator: citric acid), cornflour, preservative: potassium sorbate, stabiliser: gum tragacanth, xanthan gum, colours*

*We use natural and naturally derived colours whenever we can (radish, beetroot, red cabbage, carrot, tomato, safflower, lemon, spirulina, carbon and caramelised sugar) but your biscuit collection may contain the following: E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129, E133, E153 and E155.

Some designs may be dusted with edible glitter that will not harm if consumed.

Products are best eaten within 3 days of opening but will last up to 6 months unopened. Once opened please store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
